When our system perceives the %fn%, %ln% or %fd% within the text of the SMS that you write, it will search in the contact groups if there is any saved contact with this phone number and replace: the %fn% with what is stored in the Name field, the %ln% with what is stored in the Surname field and %fd% with what is stored in the 3rd field of the contact, so that you can send SMS massively but at the same time the recipient will think that you wrote the SMS message exclusively for him/her.
There is no additional cost for this service. The charge is the same, you just have to keep in mind the amount of the characters that will finally have your message after replacing the name, surname or the 3rd field. If after replacing the name, the message is longer than 165 characters, it will be charged as 2 messages (long SMS).
